L'Académie : delivery of and office and housing building in Montrouge
We are particulary proud of this partnership of over 10 years with the city of Montrouge which led us to achieve this green and mixed use urban campus, headquarters of Caceis (Crédit Agricole group) and sold to Amundi and Crédit Agricole Assurance.
Thanks to Etienne Lengereau and to Jean-Marie Bessin.
This building clearly demonstrates our role of developer in the service of the diversity in the city and among others in designing and offering housing that meet the expectations of the inhabitants of Ile-de-France region.
