CHAT AFTER THE CONFERENCE BY BUSINESS IMMO, DURING THE SIMI EXHIBITION, WITH PLATEAU URBAIN AND AXE IMMOBILIER
During the 2022 edition of the SIMI (commercial real estate exhibition in Paris), Business Immo invited Simon Laisney, managing director and founder of Plateau Urbain (partner of Axe Immobilier for the temporary occupation of the project “East Village”, formerly "OPALE", in Montreuil) and Cédric de Lestrange, partner and CEO of Axe Immobilier, to chat after the conference on December 7th 2022 on "the office of the future, in the city".
Simon and Cédric explained how, during more than two years and a half, the temporary occupation of “East Village” (formerly "OPALE") has been allowig to welcome organisations from the artisanal and associative sectors, as well as small companies and startups, but also an emergency and charity hostel managed by Caritas. This additional offer meets unsatisfied needs by the business real estate market, by foreshadowing what will be the quality of life in the “East Village” office building.
