Return from conference : what kind of new good housing for all the inhabitants of Ile-de-France region ?
Thanks to François Leclercq, Willem Pauwels and Alexandre Neagu for joining us to debate freely during the SIMI, driven by Gaël Thomas / Business Immo at the invitation of Axe Immobilier.
The quality of housing should not be anymore the adjustment variable of a financieal équation, that is finally unsolved.
It has to be a primary goal, at the heart of a constructive dialogue and common interest, between the local autorities, the architect and the real estate developer, who is a project manager responsible over the long term toward the inhabitants and the community.
That's what we have shown up with "Garden Attitude" an eco-neighbourhood of 1.5 hectares and 207 homes being delivered by AXE IMMOBILIER with PARIS SUD AMÉNAGEMENT.
