The Axe Immobilier Development department is responsible for sourcing land and setting up development activities, whether using their own funds or on behalf of third parties.

The teams' scope of intervention is very broad and includes all the different real estate sectors: residential, retail, logistics, offices and other facilities (business, hotels, services accommodation, hospitals, buildings and installations necessary for public services or for the public interest).
