SAINT-DENIS: AXE IMMOBILIER DELIVERS 2 MIXED-USE PROPERTIES
Axe Immobilier has delivered two résidences to Espacil Habitat (Action Logement Group) in the Moulin Basset sector of St Denis. The first residence is intended for students and has 147 rooms. The second is for young professionals and has 41 units.
These two residences are part of a mixed-use real estate programme that also includes a retail unit and a hotel, which will be operated by B & B under a 12-year lease and has been sold to Perial Asset Management.
The entire project has an area of 9,000 sq m. Its design was entrusted to the architect Hubert Godet.
