During the opening party, the owners, the tenant, and the mayor of Montrouge all praised the building quality, its urban integration, the deadline compliance and the pioneering role it has had in the design of a building adapted to the lifestyle wanted today by workers after the lockdown… Even though its design preceded the Covid.
"Everything has been designed and thought so that our staff benefits from optimised working conditions, in a friendly environment. And I congratulate the designers who has anticipated a few years ago the development of these concepts" said Jean-François Abadie, CEO of Caceis.
Marc Bertrand, CEO of Amundi Immobilier underlined the quality of the building reflecting "the obsession with product quality" of Axe Immobilier and added "the sale of the building was signed in July 2019 and delivered at the end of 2021. A few things happened in the meantime and meeting the deadlines is exceptional, I confirm it".
"We often hear about 33,000 m² of offices but it is not just that, because under our feet there are 17,000 m² of infrastructure, which means that in reality, we built 50,000 m²" added Alain Beynet, president of Axe Immobilier, stressing the scale of this project.
“This very beautiful building fits perfectly into its neighbourhood. I believe that this building is in the image of the city of Montrouge. A city that rebuilds itself, a city that evolves, an attractive city" indicated Etienne Lengereau, mayor of Monrouge
