AXE IMMOBILIER Group appoints Cédric de Lestrange as Managing Director
The independent group founded in 1993 by Alain Beynet and Alain Delaporte, which includes the developer Axe Promotion, AXIM (delegated project management/agent for investors) and 2A Engineering (economics and engineering), are unifying their activities under the Axe Immobilier brand. The group's holding company will be managed by the founders and by Cédric de Lestrange. The latter becomes the group's managing director and partner, and co-manager of the subsidiaries.
Cédric de Lestrange, 45, has 13 years of real estate experience. From 2007 to 2010, he was an advisor to several finance ministers, in charge of state reform and real estate policy. From 2011 to 2020, he held a number of management positions at Bouygues Immobilier : after being responsible for office lettings and turnkey projects as a central user manager, he managed and developed the regional corporate real estate departments, the development of eco-neighbourhoods (Urbanera) and office redevelopment (Réhagreen), before becoming general manager of corporate real estate and hotels in 2015. Cédric de Lestrange is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris, ESCP and ENA. He is a member of the real estate club, Club de l'Immobilier.
After 28 years of real estate development activities, particularly in the extensive refurbishment of prime central buildings in the Greater Paris Region, the group has designed and built several large-scale projects in recent years (notably the "Académie" - 32,000 sq m in Montrouge - "Poésia" - 11,000 sq m in Levallois-Perret - and the 207-residential units in "Massy Garden Attitude"), as well as several mixed-use hotel/student residence/residential developments). Axe Immobilier's growth strategy will be presented in the near future, intensifying their development projects in all types of products that constitute Axe Immobilier's expertise as a developer and producer of urban projects (new office buildings and major renovations, residential and eco-districts, conversion of offices into residential units, hotels, student and medical accommodation, and a follow-up hospital), particularly in the value-added office sector.
