Launch of a temporary occupation project of more than 10,000 sq m by Axe Immobilier and Plateau Urbain at the Mairie de Montreuil station
Axe Immobilier is developing a property complex in the centre of Montreuil. Until 2022, and during the preparatory phase of this project, Axe Immobilier has decided to make the existing "Opale" building available to the Plateau Urbain cooperative, through a short-term lease. Plateau Urbain is therefore launching a call for applications for this new temporary project. It will house offices and workshops and will have meeting spaces, collective spaces (kitchen, relaxation area), parking and a courtyard with trees.
A temporary mixed-use and solidarity project
The project provides premises for activities intended for organisations from Montreuil and the Greater Paris Region from the associative, cultural, artistic, craft and social economy fields, as well as for young companies. These project leaders will cohabit within an experimental real estate project based on solidarity: a principle of equality makes it possible to create a particularly accessible real estate offer in order to bring together in these premises project leaders who are struggling to find their place in the traditional real estate market, and to respond to the strong demand for affordable offices and workshops.
A usage fee 50% below the market price
The solidarity rate premises are offered at a usage fee of €16.5 / sq m / month including charges. This fee corresponds to the cost of the charges, with no expected profit for Plateau Urbain. It also covers the initial investment (work to bring the premises up to standard, fitting out common areas), utilities (water, electricity, heating), internet, building maintenance costs and the project's management.
