Meudon: Axe Immobilier sells 41 apartments under a forward-funding sale agreement to Perl and IRP
Axe Immobilier announces the sale of 41 apartments in its Plein Ciel programme in Meudon to Perl and IRP.
Located opposite the Meudon Forest and the Tronchet Park, this multi-product development comprises a hotel, which will be operated by B & B under a 12-year fixed-term lease, and 54 apartments. Designed by C2A Architecte, the Plein Ciel programme will be delivered in the first quarter of 2020.
In this transaction, Axe Immobilier is advised by Aguesseau Notaires, PERL by Maître Pierre Vignalou (A contrario notaires) and IRP by Maître Hélène Chausse. The sale of these apartments was carried out by JLL as part of a call for tenders.
