Nicolas LACOUR VIOLLAT

Graduated from Panthéon-Assas University and the London Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the RICS, Nicolas began his career at OGIC in 2001, where he spent ten years. He first served as Project Director before being promoted to Head of Development in 2006.

In 2011, he entered entrepreneurship and co-founded Redman Île-de-France, which he led until 2021. He then returned to OGIC between 2021 and 2023 as Managing Director of the Residential Division, before advising several leading real estate developers as a Senior Adviser.

Nicolas joined Axe Immobilier in 2025 as President.
