Axe Immobilier Asset is a new subsidiary of the group, created in 2024, to provide asset management services either to the group’s SPVs in charge of our current developments, or to external customers for managing their portfolios.
Nowadays, the staff of Axe Immobilier Asset and Axe Immobilier Management will ensure, as their recent operational track-record confirmed the Group’s ability to achieve complex asset management operations, particularly evictions, the management of leased asset (lease contracts, eviction procedures, budget, schedule).
