ROMAIN RIVAIS

Director of development - 10 years' tenure

Romain joined Axe Immobilier in 2016 and has been Director of Development since November 2020.

After four years as a Programme Manager, overseeing multiple operations across both design and execution phases, he moved into the development department.

Prior to Axe Immobilier, Romain spent ten years at Bouygues Bâtiment Tertiaire Neuf, where he held positions in the construction department before moving into a commercial project management role.

Romain holds a degree from the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP).
