KICK-OFF OF A SPACE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT USING REUSED PARTITIONS WITH THE SUPPORT OF AXE IMMOBILIER
The user cooperative Plateau Urbain has decided to collaborate with Flexof to recover over 1,000 sqm of removable and reusable partitions from the former third-place OPALE (managed by Plateau Urbain for nearly three years and currently being redeveloped by AXE IMMOBILIER in Montreuil) for its new third-place project at 22D in the Metropolis of Lyon in Villeurbanne, to create more suitable spaces for project initiators arriving in mid-June.
How?
Plateau Urbain states: "Thanks to the cleaning operation carried out by 4D Demolition following the PEMD diagnosis (product equipment materials waste) with Artelia (assistant project manager), where we identified this available resource for reuse. Despite a very tight schedule, everyone facilitated the process. Thanks to all, especially to the support from the Booster du Réemploi, which facilitated the exchanges.
